This document outlines the steps to resolve the "N/A" balance listed on your MySchoolBucks account.
1. Begin by navigating to MySchoolBucks and signing into your account.
2. Next, select your account by clicking on the user icon to the right of 'Notifications' and selecting 'My Students'
3. Click the 'Remove' button to remove your former student account.
4. Now, click on the user icon at the top and select 'My Students' and then 'Add student'
5. At the next screen you will be asked to enter your First and Last Name, school site, and your MySchoolBucks ID number.
