How to Download your SB Unified Files:
- Go into your SBUnified Drive.
- Click New and choose Folder. Name it Work Stuff.
- Click Create.
- Move all the files and folders you want to keep into that Work Stuff folder.
How to Select Several Files
- Click one time on a file
- Hold down the shift key
- Click on the last file (this will highlight them all)
- Drag the highlighted files into the "Work Stuff" folder
- Click once on the Work Stuff folder.
- Click on the vertical three dots (on the toolbar) or right click.
- Click download. This will put a zip file of all your Google files on your computer.
- Double click on the zip file. This will make it into a regular folder.
How to Upload Your SBUnified Files into Your Personal Drive:
- Open your personal Gmail Drive. If you don't have a personal Gmail, make one now. It's free!
- Click on the wheel/gear on the right and choose settings.
- Check the box for Convert Uploads.
- Click New.
- Choose Folder upload.
- Browse and choose the Work Stuff folder that is on your computer.
- Once they upload, your files will be Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or PDFs in your personal Gmail.
