Student iPads should always be using the SBUnified-NET network when possible. Students not using the proper network may not be able to access certain content.
To connect a students iPad to the SBUnified-NET network, follow these steps:
- On the iPad tap on Settings
- Tap on Wifi.
- Tap on SBUnified-NET.
- Enter your district universal credentials(to reset your password, click here). The Username is your student ID number.
- Click Trust on the certificate.
- You should now be connected to the internet.
***If you receive an error saying your device was Unable To Join SBUnified-NET, please follow these steps.
- Remain in the Wifi section of Settings. Tap on SBUnified-GUEST.
- In the new pop-up window, check I accept the terms of use and then tap Log In.
- Tap on Click Here or wait 10 seconds to be redirected to our SBUnified webpage.
- Wait a few minutes for your device to check in with our servers.
- Go back to Settings-->Wifi and repeat the steps to log in to SBUnified-NET.
- Finally, tap the blue circle icon next to SBUnified-Guest.
- Find Auto-Join and toggle this OFF for SBUnified-GUEST. This will ensure SBUnified-NET is prioritized each time you come onto campus.
